* /전체 : 채팅이 서버 전체 유저에게 보입니다. 
* /지역 : 채팅이주변 유저에게 보입니다. (반경 1000블럭) 
* /마을채팅 : 채팅이 같은 소속 마을원에게 보입니다.
*  /w 닉 : 상대에게 귓속말을 합니다.
